One address, the full process
A machine passes through five stages here before it is crated: raw steel and plate are cut and welded into frames and chambers; critical surfaces are machined on our lathes, milling and boring machines; fitters assemble bearings, rotors, presses and drives; electricians wire motors and control cabinets to your voltage; and every line is test-run — with real material where the process allows — before painting and packing.

Quality control at each stage
- Incoming material: steel plate, castings and motors checked against specification before cutting.
- Weld inspection: visual and dimensional checks on load-bearing welds; repairs before machining, not after painting.
- Machining tolerance: shafts, rollers and pressing surfaces measured against drawing before assembly.
- No-load run: every machine runs at speed before material is introduced — bearings, vibration and noise checked.
- Load test: lines are run with material and the results recorded; the video and inspection sheet ship with your documents.
Visit, call, or send an inspector
Buyers are welcome at coordinated partner plants — about 90 minutes from Zhengzhou Xinzheng International Airport, pickup can be arranged. If you cannot travel, we run live video walkthroughs of your machine on the test floor, and we accept third-party inspection (SGS, BV, TÜV or your nominated agent) before shipment at your cost.
