Start with the product schedule

“A crushing plant” is not a complete specification. The project needs a defined feed, target products and operating basis. If those are unclear, quotations that look comparable may not describe the same plant.

Minimum project brief

• Rock or feed material and known test information.
• Maximum feed size and desired product gradations.
• Nominal and peak capacity requirement.
• Operating hours, power standard and water availability.
• Site layout, access and installation responsibility.
• Destination, required documents and target delivery window.
