How a delivery is documented
- Pre-shipment: test-run video, inspection sheet and packing photos shared before balance payment.
- Loading: container loading plan and photos recorded, seals documented.
- Arrival: manuals, wiring diagrams and spare-parts list in the document set; commissioning support by video call, or on-site by arrangement.

For projects above single-machine scope we can arrange a reference call with a past buyer in your region or industry, subject to that client's consent. It is the most honest due diligence available — and we would rather you do it.
Factory-direct from Gongyi
- Built in Gongyi. Machines are welded, machined and assembled at our own production base in Gongyi, Henan — no trading-company margin.
- Test-run before shipment. Every line is trial-run with material before it leaves the workshop; you receive video evidence with the inspection report.
- Spare parts from stock. Wear parts and standard components ship with the machine, with factory stock behind every order.
- 12-month warranty. Core machinery is covered for 12 months, backed by lifetime technical support from our engineers.
