Choosing the filter type

Plate-and-frame filters give the finest clarity for retail oil but need cloth changes and cleaning labor. Vacuum filters integrate well behind continuous presses. Centrifugal filters run without consumables and suit workshop-scale volumes. The right choice depends on how clear your market demands the oil and how much labor you can assign to cleaning.
