Which refining stages do you need

Not every market needs fully refined oil. Degumming and neutralizing remove gums and free fatty acids for stability; bleaching lightens color; deodorizing strips odor for neutral-tasting retail oil. Buyers selling to supermarkets or exporters need the full chain; local market oil often needs only the first two stages.
