The economics in one paragraph
At 100 t/h of washed sand, overflow losses of 8% mean 8 tonnes per hour settling in your pond — material you crushed, conveyed and washed, then threw away. A recovery unit pays for itself in months on most plants, and shrinks the pond-cleaning bill on top.
How the unit works
- Wash overflow is pumped to hydrocyclones; centrifugal force throws sand to the underflow.
- The underflow lands on a dewatering screen; water and silt pass through, recovered sand discharges at conveyable moisture.
- Recovered fines blend with the main product, improving overall gradation.
Typical range
| Model class | Slurry handling | Suits washer size |
|---|---|---|
| FR 250 | 30–80 m³/h | Up to 60 t/h plants |
| FR 300 | 60–120 m³/h | 60–120 t/h plants |
| FR 550 | 120–250 m³/h | 120–250 t/h plants |
