How the wheel works — and when it wins
Impellers tumble the sand bed in the trough; the wheel lifts washed sand out, draining as it turns. Compared with spiral washers, the wheel loses less fine sand and uses less power. Compared with doing nothing, it is the difference between fill sand and concrete sand.
Typical range we build
| Model class | Wheel diameter | Indicative capacity |
|---|---|---|
| XSD 2610 | 2600 mm | 15–40 t/h |
| XSD 2816 | 2800 mm | 30–60 t/h |
| XSD 3016 | 3000 mm | 50–120 t/h |
| XSD 3620 | 3600 mm | 80–200 t/h |
Pair it for the full result
- + Dewatering screen: product moisture down to conveyable levels, ready to stockpile.
- + Fine sand recovery: captures the 0.16 mm fraction that washing liberates — often 5–10% of saleable product.
