How pulse-jet cleaning works
Dusty air passes through filter bags; cake builds on the outside. Timed compressed-air pulses shock the bags, dropping the cake into the hopper — continuously, without stopping the plant. Collection efficiency above 99% is routine when the unit is sized honestly.
