The route in six stages

Where buyers actually lose money
- Paying 100% upfront to an unverified supplier. The single most common failure, and entirely avoidable.
- Comparing headline prices without an exclusion list — motors, cabling and steelwork quietly excluded.
- Skipping destination research: voltage, certification and customs requirements discovered at the port are the expensive kind.
- No wear-parts plan: the machine arrives; the first set of jaw plates or blow bars doesn't.
What it costs beyond the machine
Budget roughly: sea freight 5–12% of machine value (route and size dependent), insurance ~0.3%, destination charges and customs duty by country, plus installation and commissioning. We quote ex-works, FOB or CIF — say which you prefer at inquiry and we'll show the difference honestly.
From the manufacturer's side
We'd rather you verify us than trust us: visit or video-audit the workshop, check certificates with the issuing bodies, and call a reference buyer before any deposit.
