The three numbers that size a dryer
Inlet moisture, target moisture, and tonnes per hour. Get those right and the drum diameter, length, burner and fan follow. Get them wrong and you own a machine that either can't keep up or burns fuel heating steel. We ask for your wettest-season figures, not your best day.

Fuel and heat source
Coal, diesel, gas, biomass or waste heat — the burner and furnace follow what's cheapest at your site. Biomass-fired hot-air furnaces are the most common choice among our export customers; we build them alongside the dryer.
Carbonization
Continuous and batch carbonization furnaces live with our charcoal line — see carbonization furnaces and continuous furnaces.
Evaporation rates are indicative; final sizing follows your material test at real moisture.
Coordinated sourcing from Gongyi
- Sourced in Gongyi. Machines are welded, machined and assembled at qualified Gongyi-area partner plants we coordinate — clear specs, no mystery markups.
