Matched sets, not single pieces

The mantle and the concave (bowl liner) form the crushing chamber together. They wear together and must be replaced together. A new mantle running against a worn concave distorts the chamber geometry — throughput falls, the product turns flaky, and power draw climbs for no reason.

We supply mantle and concave only as matched sets, cast from the same heat where the profile demands it. No mixing, no shortcuts.

Chamber options

One crusher, several chambers. The chamber decides the feed size it accepts and the product shape it makes:

ChamberFeed openingProductSuited for
CoarseLargestCoarse aggregateSecondary crushing directly after the jaw
MediumMediumMid-size aggregateGeneral quarry production
FineSmallerFiner aggregateTight product specifications
Extra fineSmallestManufactured-sand feedSand-making lines

Tell us your closed-side setting and target product — we recommend the chamber. The wrong chamber in the right crusher still makes the wrong product.

Materials

GradeCharacterUse it for
Mn13Standard high-manganese; work-hardens in serviceMedium-hard rock, general duty
Mn18Higher manganese; harder working surfaceHard, abrasive rock: granite, basalt

Cone liners live in continuous abrasion rather than heavy impact, so Mn13 and Mn18 cover the range. We do not recommend high-chrome for cone chambers — the impact at the nip zone is enough to crack it.

Fit across cone types

Send the crusher model plus the chamber designation (for example, "4¼ ft, fine chamber"). A correct-size liner in the wrong chamber profile will not seat properly.

What wears first

The concave usually wears faster than the mantle — it sees the full feed stream. Check the concave at two-thirds of the expected mantle life; replacing the concave once mid-cycle keeps the chamber geometry true and extends the mantle's useful life.
