The smart first order
A full crushing plant is a six-figure decision. It takes months, site visits, and a committee. A set of jaw dies is a four-figure decision. It takes one email.
That is why wear parts are the right first order with a new supplier. You test our casting quality, our dimensional accuracy, and our delivery discipline — on a small ticket, before the big one.
What a trial order proves
- Fit. Bolt holes line up, profiles seat correctly, clearances are right.
- Material. The grade you ordered is the grade you receive — with a material certificate.
- Delivery. The quoted lead time is kept, and the packing survives the voyage.
And unlike a crusher, wear parts are a repeat purchase. Quarries replace jaw dies every few months and screen mesh every few weeks. Every set that fits well earns the next order.
Four families, one supplier
A crushing and screening line wears in four places. We cover all four, so one supplier handles your full wear cycle:
| Family | Covers | Details |
|---|---|---|
| Jaw plates | Fixed and swing dies for jaw crushers | Jaw plates → |
| Cone crusher liners | Mantle and concave (bowl liner) sets | Cone liners → |
| Hammer heads | Heads for hammer crushers, blow bars for impact crushers | Hammer heads → |
| Screen mesh | Woven wire and polyurethane modular panels | Screen mesh → |
Fits your existing fleet
Most quarries run mixed fleets: a Metso or Sandvik primary, Chinese-built secondaries, and screens from a third maker. We cast to OEM profiles for the major brands and to sample or drawing for everything else. One supplier, one shipment, one invoice.
Materials, without the mystery
Four materials cover nearly every crushing application. The choice comes down to two questions: how hard is the impact, and how abrasive is the feed?
| Material | Hardness | Work-hardening | Suited for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Mn13 (Hadfield steel) | ~HB200 as cast | Yes — to HB500+ | High-impact crushing: primary jaw dies, hammer heads |
| Mn18 | Higher initial hardness | Yes | Hard, abrasive rock; cone crusher liners |
| Mn22 | Highest of the manganese grades | Yes | Severe abrasion and large feed sizes |
| Cr26 high-chrome | HRC 58–62 | No | Low-impact abrasive wear: blow bars, secondary crushing |
Rule of thumb: high impact needs toughness (manganese steel); fine abrasive wear needs hardness (high-chrome). Tell us your feed material and crusher model — we recommend the grade.
How ordering works
Three steps, no back-and-forth:
- Send the details. Crusher make and model, plus a photo or drawing of the worn part — or the OEM part number.
- We match the profile. Within 24–48 hours we confirm fit against our patterns and propose the material grade.
- You get a quotation. Factory pricing with material grade, hardness specification and material certificate. Common profiles ship from stock; custom profiles are cast to order.
Lead times vary with profile complexity and order quantity. Every shipment is inspected — dimensions, hardness and material grade — before it leaves Gongyi.
Sourced and inspected in Gongyi
- Sourced in Gongyi. Parts are cast and machined at qualified Gongyi-area foundries we select and coordinate in Gongyi, Henan — with clear specs and transparent pricing.
- Inspected before shipment. Dimensions, hardness and material grade are verified before dispatch; you receive photos and the inspection report.
- Spare sets from stock. Common profiles ship from stock; custom profiles are cast to your drawings or samples.
- 12-month warranty. Material and workmanship covered for 12 months, backed by ongoing technical support coordinated by our team.
