Where a Gongyi route may fit
Project requirements involving aggregate, quarry processing, sand, mineral processing or industrial thermal systems may be suitable for a Gongyi supplier review. Fit depends on the feedstock, process, site and buyer’s required compliance—not on the country name alone.
Prepare a Saudi RFQ
- State the project location and delivery destination or port.
- Describe feed material, capacity, product sizes and operating hours.
- List voltage, water, climate, footprint and installation constraints.
- Ask suppliers to identify exclusions, documents and inspection points.
- Confirm the buyer’s import, banking and compliance requirements with local advisers.
Payment and delivery discipline
Payment terms are agreed per buyer and contract. For a new relationship, use an appropriate bank instrument or staged structure, verify the buyer and supplier, and do not start production before the agreed commercial conditions are cleared. Inspection and shipping documents should be defined in the contract.
