Before requesting a price

  1. Define material, capacity, feed and product requirements.
  2. State the project location, destination port and installation boundary.
  3. Ask for equipment scope, exclusions, documents and lead-time basis.
  4. Confirm the buyer’s import, banking, standards and customs questions with Saudi advisers and brokers.

Protect the transaction

For a new relationship, agree staged payment or an appropriate bank instrument, verify the contracting entities and write inspection and acceptance conditions into the contract. Do not rely on a country label as a credit assessment.

Coordinate the handover

Record packing, shipping marks, commercial documents, insurance and Incoterms. The final list depends on the equipment and current Saudi import requirements; the buyer’s broker and relevant authorities should confirm it before shipment.
