1. Equipment list, drawings and the exact scope being supplied.
2. Material or test basis, operating conditions and measurable outputs.
3. Critical dimensions, component brands or alternatives where relevant.
4. Inspection date, attendees, documents and treatment of deviations.
5. What must be checked before shipment and what belongs to site commissioning.

Evidence to request

• Updated drawings, nameplates and serial records where applicable.
• Photographs or video tied to identifiable equipment, not generic catalogue images.
• Test records that state the test basis and limitations.
• Packing list, shipping marks and agreed export documents.
