The checklist we run before your balance payment is due.

A. Test run

• No-load run completed: hours logged, bearing temperatures recorded, vibration normal.
• Load test with material performed and video documented, with current draw visible.
• Capacity result recorded against the contract figure — and deviations explained in writing.
• Safety guards, emergency stops and warning labels in place and functional.

B. Machine condition

• Welds and machining pass visual inspection (see our quality inspection guide).
• Bearings, motors and gearboxes match the contracted brand list.
• Paint complete after test run touch-ups; rust-proofing on machined surfaces.
• Spare parts and wear sets counted against the packing list.

C. Documents

• Commercial invoice and packing list consistent with each other and the contract.
• English manuals, wiring diagrams and foundation drawings in the document set.
• Certificates required by destination (CE file, SABER basis, origin certificate) prepared.
• Bill of lading instructions confirmed: consignee, notify party, port of discharge.

D. Packing & loading

• Export packing: fumigated (ISPM-15) wooden cases or steel frames, moisture protection inside.
• Loose items boxed and marked; small parts wired to the machine or crated separately with a list.
• Loading plan agreed before the container arrives; photos taken during loading.
• Container number and seal number recorded and shared with you.

After the checklist
