- Material, feed size, moisture and target product.
- Required throughput and expected operating schedule.
- Project emirate, site access, utilities and installation boundary.
- Destination port or delivery location and target date.
- Required documents, inspection method and after-sales expectations.
Buying with a clear scope
Ask every supplier to quote against the same process basis. Record included equipment, exclusions, packing, Incoterms, documents, inspection and warranty boundaries. A trading hub can offer access to regional logistics and distributors, but buyer and supplier identity still require independent verification.
