Start with the road-material specification

List the source material, maximum feed size, hardness, moisture, fines and expected variability. Then define the required aggregate fractions, flakiness or shape limits where applicable, cleanliness and any project testing method. The supplier needs the product schedule to select crushing stages and screen decks.

State the capacity basis

Do not present an example capacity as a guaranteed output. Ask each supplier to explain how the stated capacity relates to the actual feed and product mix.

Compare a complete UAE delivery scope

Request the flow sheet, equipment list, feeders, hoppers, screens, conveyors, control system, structures, dust interfaces, spares and installation boundaries. Compare packing, shipping marks, export documents, inspection points, commissioning support and warranty response alongside the equipment price.

Check site and destination constraints

Share the emirate, access route, available power, water, footprint, climate exposure and target port or inland delivery point. Confirm current customs, product and environmental requirements with the buyer’s broker before shipment. A UAE logistics hub can simplify routing, but it does not replace project-specific verification.
