First question: factory or trader?
Both can be legitimate, but they price differently and fail differently. A factory controls build quality, lead time and wear-part supply, and can show you your machine on the test floor. A trader may offer wider sourcing but adds margin and an extra layer between you and the warranty. Ask directly: where is the workshop, and can I watch my machine run there — in person or on video?
Compare the flowsheet, not the machine list
Two quotes with identical crusher models can describe very different plants. Check: is the feeder sized to the crusher's real appetite? Is the return conveyor rated for closed-circuit load? Are transfer chutes lined? Weak quotes shrink the auxiliaries, because that's where tonnage is easiest to hide.
The questions that expose weak quotes

Verify before the deposit
- Video-call the workshop — a live walkthrough is hard to fake.
- Ask for a reference buyer in your region and actually call them.
- Use third-party inspection before the balance payment; any real factory accepts SGS or BV on the floor.
