The duty
Blasted limestone to 600 mm, medium hardness, target four fractions: 0–5, 5–10, 10–20 and 20–25 mm for concrete and asphalt plants, 250 t/h over two shifts. Dust suppression to municipality standard.

Where buyers under-specify
- The feeder: buying a smaller feeder than the jaw's appetite caps the whole plant at 70% of rated output.
- Return conveyor: the closed-circuit belt back to the impactor carries 20–30% of total flow — size it for that, not for the product rate.
- Electrical: total installed power around 450 kW on this line; genset supply needs the starting sequence engineered, not guessed.
Saudi-specific notes
- Motors uprated one frame for 50°C ambient; high-temperature grease throughout.
- SABER documentation prepared with the shipment.
- Wear stock on site: one blow-bar set, one jaw-plate set, screen mesh for both decks.
