Start with the feed and product

Describe the source material, particle-size distribution, moisture, clay or silt content and the product specification. State whether the output is intended for concrete, asphalt, road base, manufactured sand or another application. If laboratory data is available, include it with the request.

Clarify water and fines handling

• Available water source, quality and operating restrictions.
• Fresh-water requirement and proposed recycling or thickening route.
• Expected fines load and the required separation or dewatering result.
• Discharge, stockpile and access constraints at the UAE site.
• Whether the plant must be fixed, skid-mounted or relocated.

A supplier should explain the process basis and identify which performance points require a sample test. Do not accept a cleanliness or recovery promise without a stated feed and test condition.

Compare the complete quotation

Ask for the washing and classification equipment, pumps, screens, cyclones or dewatering equipment where applicable, conveyors, controls, structures, spares and installation interfaces. Require clear exclusions and a drawing showing material and water flow. Compare packing, export documents, inspection, commissioning and warranty boundaries as part of the same offer.

Plan the UAE delivery conversation

Share the emirate, site access, utilities, destination port or inland location and required delivery window. Verify the legal contracting parties and bank details independently. Confirm current customs, product and environmental requirements with the buyer’s broker before shipment; logistics access through Dubai or Abu Dhabi does not remove those checks.
